Privacy Policy

We only collect what you send us, and we use it only to answer you and arrange your project.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or project planner, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your city or ZIP, your preferred contact method, the best time to call, and what you tell us about your home and project. If you call, text, or email us directly, we receive the information in that message.

How we use it

We use that information only to respond to you, schedule a free home visit, prepare a written quote, and follow up on the work you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising to other people.

Who sees it

Your message goes to Smili Home only. We do not publish your details on this website, and we do not share them with other businesses unless you ask us to — for example, if you ask us to coordinate with a product maker about gear you own.

Photos and accounts

This website does not ask you to create an account. If you want to send photos of your space, email them to support@smilihome.com — that email is the fastest way to get a precise answer, and we use those photos only for your project.

Questions or corrections

To ask what we have from you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, call or text (858) 746-4029 or email support@smilihome.com.
