Terms of Service

Simple terms for a local service: we quote in writing before work begins, and we support what we install.

Free visit and written quote

A home visit starts free. During the visit we walk your home with you, recommend placement and gear, and give you a written quote before any work begins. The quote, not a planner estimate, is the price for that job.

Scheduling

We install during shop hours — Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 12 PM — and by appointment. If we need to reschedule, we will call or text you.

Your home and gear

Please tell us about pets, alarms, existing gear, and anything that affects access or wiring before the visit, so the quote and the schedule stay accurate. Gear and warranty coverage vary by product — we will explain the coverage for your gear before we install it.

Support after the install

If something we installed stops working, call or text (858) 746-4029. We support what we install and will arrange a follow-up.
