Do I need to buy the devices before you come?
No. Tell us what you want your home to do and we will recommend gear that fits. We can supply and install it, or install equipment you already bought as long as it is a good fit.
Do you work with Google Nest or Reolink?
Yes. We install and set up both, along with other popular brands. We will tell you honestly which system fits your home best instead of pushing one brand.
My Wi-Fi is spotty. Will smart devices still work?
Smart devices need solid Wi-Fi to be reliable. We test your coverage during the walkthrough and can fix dead zones first, so everything we install actually stays connected.
How long does an installation take?
It depends on the project. A few cameras or a thermostat is usually a single visit. Whole-home setups are planned in phases. Either way, you get a clear plan upfront before we start.
Will you show me how to use everything?
Yes. We set up the apps on your phone and walk you through everything in plain language before we leave. If you forget something later, just call or text us.
What if something stops working later?
Call or text us. We support what we install and we will help you sort it out, whether it is a setting, a connection issue, or hardware that needs attention.
Do I need a hub or a monthly subscription?
It depends on the system. Some setups need a hub, some do not. Some cameras offer optional cloud recording. We explain exactly what is required before you spend anything, so there are no surprises.
Do you install equipment I bought myself?
Usually yes. Bring what you have and we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit for your home or whether something else would serve you better.
